Meet the Team
My name is Gina Helmandollar, and I am the manager at Seva Home Healthcare. I am from Trenton, MO and that is where my career in healthcare began. I received my CNA while I was attending high school and I worked in the hospital and nursing home. I relocated to Kansas City in 1985 and worked as a CNA with private duty clients. Later I was hired as a staffing coordinator and was taught how to do payroll and billing among man other tasks. I have written policies and procedures for Missouri and Kansas state licensure for two different companies. I have been at Seva Home Healthcare since we opened in 2015. Healthcare is my passion. I love to see clients remain in their home environment with Seva’s caregivers. In my spare time, I love to watch my grandchildren in all their activities. I also make wood signs and attend craft shows.
My name is Sharon True and I am the Director of Nursing at Seva Home Healthcare. I started my career in healthcare as a Candy Striper with the Red Cross as a teenager. I have a bachelor’s in nursing and in Equestrian Studies. I balance my love of nursing with a love of riding and competing with Arabian horses. I have never thought of nursing as a career rather a passion to follow with all my heart. I love being a part of helping keep our clients in their home and having the best quality of life.
My name is Melinda Courter, and I am the administrative assistant here at Seva Home Healthcare. I have lived in Kansas City since 2004. Since moving to the city, I have earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Park University. My career in healthcare began in 2009 and I joined the team here at Seva in 2019. I love being a part of a company that serves the community and helps individuals maintain their independence and quality of life in their own home. Outside of work I am passionate about spending time with my family, volunteering and running.
Hello! My name is Lexie Mathis. I am the Director of Staffing for Seva Home Healthcare. I started my healthcare journey in 2020 as a caregiver and made my way to the position I have now. With the personal experience I have working in the field, I know the importance of having a good caregiver at your side. I strive every day to make sure all our clients here at SEVA are provided with attentive caregivers who make sure all our clients’ needs are met. I welcome you to SEVA with open arms and I look forward to providing you with the upmost care that you deserve!
Hi, my name is Lindaymin but everyone calls me Lindy. Seva Home Health Care has been a wonderful company to work for. I came in with no expectations and I continue to receive blessings for my time here. I wanted to transfer into an office position after spending much of my time working in the field. I started out as the staffing director, providing the best caregivers to service our clients. Shortly after I moved up to the payroll/billing position and I now oversee the financial aspect of the business. I take great pleasure in doing my best in my work.
